Run the talk from a phone

Open the project, tap Site Records and start a toolbox talk. The app walks the presenter through it.

  • Today’s activities, 20 predefined talk points and any other points discussed.

  • Safety concerns raised by attendees, recorded as free text.

  • A name and signature for every attendee, plus the presenter’s signature.

Emailed and filed

No sign-in sheet to chase

Finish the talk and Scafflinq sends the PDF out automatically. No one has to remember to forward it.

  • Emailed to the project’s supervisor and anyone added to the talk.

  • Also sent to your default recipients under Settings → Site Records.

  • Listed in the project’s Site records tab, to view, download or resend.

The right supervisor on every talk

Name a supervisor on each project, and their name and email are pulled into every toolbox talk on it.

  • The Supervisor role has the same access as a Manager.

  • Choose your default recipients for each type of site record.

  • Nothing else to configure before your first talk.
