Get Started with Scafflinq
Set up your Scafflinq account, add your team, create your first project, and start managing scaffold inspections.
Whether you’re just signing up or preparing your team to use Scafflinq on site, this guide will walk you through the key steps to get started.
Create Your Scafflinq Account
Start by creating your company account. You can sign up from the web portal or through the Scafflinq mobile app.
Once your account is created, you’ll be able to access your dashboard, order tags, add projects, invite team members, and begin setting up your scaffolds.

Add Your Team Members
Invite the people who need access to Scafflinq, including admin staff, supervisors, managers, and inspectors.
Each team member will receive an invitation email to join your company account.

Choose the Right User Roles
Scafflinq uses different user roles so each person only has access to what they need.
Before inviting users, it’s worth understanding the difference between Admin, Manager, and Inspector access.

Create Your First Project
Projects help you organise your scaffold work by site, customer, builder, or job.
Once a project is created, you can add scaffolds, assign inspectors, set certificate recipients, and manage inspections for that site.

Add Your First Scaffold
Once your project is ready, you can add a scaffold from the Scafflinq mobile app.
This is where you assign a Scafflinq tag, enter scaffold details, set the inspection schedule, and begin the handover process.

Complete Your First Inspection
After a scaffold has been added, your team can complete an inspection using the Scafflinq mobile app.
The inspection includes checklist items, photos, outcome selection, sign-off, and handover certificate delivery.

Understand Billing
Scafflinq billing is based on Active tags. You can use up to 5 Active tags for free.
Billing only starts once you have more than 5 Active tags in use.
